Parents who register children represent that they are the lawful parent or guardian of the enrolled child.

Participation in any program does not guarantee:

Student safety is our highest priority.

Parents and guardians acknowledge:

• Children must follow instructor directions.
• Unsafe behavior may result in removal from activities.
• Parents are responsible for disclosing medical, behavioral, or learning conditions that may affect participation.
• Emergency contact information must remain current.

During workshops, camps, competitions, and events, AIDREAMS may photograph, record, or film participants.

Unless prohibited by applicable law or a written opt-out request submitted before participation, AIDREAMS may use such materials for:

• Grant applications
• Public presentations

No compensation shall be provided for such use.

Students retain ownership of original creative work produced during educational activities.

By participating, students and parents grant AIDREAMS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use project images for educational promotion
• Include projects in exhibitions and demonstrations

Students retain all underlying ownership rights.

Program fees, schedules, and refund policies may vary.

The specific refund policy provided during registration governs the applicable program.

AIDREAMS reserves the right to:

• Cancel classes with insufficient enrollment
• Modify schedules
• Substitute instructors
• Reschedule activities due to weather, facility, safety, or operational concerns

When a program is canceled by AIDREAMS, participants may receive:

• Program credits
• Refunds, subject to the applicable program policy

Participation in robotics, engineering, laboratory, and maker activities involves certain risks.

Parents acknowledge that participation may involve:

• Use of tools
• Electronic devices
• Robotics equipment
• Mechanical components
• Computer systems

Participants assume all ordinary risks associated with educational activities.

Users may not:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Disrupt educational activities
• Harass students, instructors, or participants
• Damage equipment
• Access unauthorized systems
• Copy or redistribute proprietary course materials without permission
• Use Services for unlawful purposes

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDREAMS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

In no event shall AIDREAMS’ total liability exceed the amount actually paid by the participant for the applicable program.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIDREAMS Education Inc. and its representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Services
• Your conduct during participation

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Your use of the Services is also governed by the AIDREAMS Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

AIDREAMS may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective when posted on our website.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
